A Scientific Approach to Equipment Selection & Service
We look at every application the same way a lab looks at a method: define the requirement, verify the performance, and confirm the equipment is right for the conditions it will be used in.
That same IQ/OQ/PQ mindset carries through how we select equipment, install it, service it, and support it over time. When equipment needs attention, the goal is not simply to repair it, but to verify that it is performing correctly and remains suitable for the application.
Application & Method Review
Before recommending equipment, we look at the method, performance requirements, sample, environment, and how the instrument will be used. The goal is to make sure the system is right for the application before it ever reaches the lab.
Installation, Training & Qualification
We support startup, configuration, operator training, and qualification where required. Depending on the equipment and manufacturer, this may include formal IQ/OQ/PQ documentation or a more straightforward commissioning and verification process.
Service, Calibration & Repair
Support continues after installation. We handle troubleshooting, calibration, preventative maintenance, repairs, and manufacturer coordination as needed, with the same focus on confirming the equipment is performing correctly for the application.
